IOSEM members and interested guests are invited to attend the first IOSEM event in Melbourne. Come along for a networking function to meet others in your industry and share issues, solutions and solidarity.

John D Lambert B App Sci, Dip Ed, MSc, Industrial Chemist is currently Wastewater Officer at the South Gippsland Shire Council and is responsible for review and approval of Onsite wastewater systems for housing in South Gippsland as well as, development and application of processes to streamline the assessment of applications for on-site wastewater systems.

He is also a research assistant in the Engineering Department of Monash University, where he is assisting with research into the use of multi-walled carbon nanotubes in cement constructs and the development of Bio augmented cement (self healing cement).

With 29 years experience his expertise covers technical management of industrial waste treatment plants, R & D of Industrial waste & Waste Water treatment processes. He is experienced in laboratory management, emergency response to chemical incidents waste minimisation audits and environmental, quality & OHS compliance.
